เรื่องย่อ 407 เที่ยวบินผี 3D

เรื่องราวมีอยู่ว่า นิว (มาช่า วัฒนพานิช รับบทแอร์โฮสเตส) แอร์โฮสเตสสาวน้องใหม่ของ เอราวัณแอร์ ที่ถูกเรียกตัวมาอย่างกะทันหันเพื่อเดินทางไปกับเครื่องบินลำใหม่ และเที่ยวบินในครั้งนั้นก็กลายเป็นฝันร้ายของนิว เมื่อเครื่องบินเกิดอุบัติเหตุและทำให้ลูกเรือและผู้โดยสารทั้งหมดบนเครื่องเสียชีวิตทั้งลำ มีเพียง นิว คนเดียวที่รอดชีวิตอย่างปาฏิหาร

สิบปีผ่านไป ที่สนามบินเชียงใหม่ นิวกลายเป็นหัวหน้าแอร์โฮสเตสของสายการบิน Sunset ในวันนั้นเธอต้องขึ้นบินกับเครื่องบินลำใหม่เที่ยวบินที่ 407 นิวต้องเผชิญกับความระทึกขวัญสุดเลวร้ายอีกครั้งที่เกิดขึ้นทันทีที่เครื่องบินลอยขึ้นสู่ท้องฟ้า เกิดสิ่งผิดปกติกับผู้โดยสารบนเครื่อง จนผู้โดยสารค่อย ๆ ตายไปทีละคน

การแบ่งเรทของหนังหรือภาพยนตร์นั้น เป็นการแบ่งเพื่อให้ผู้ชมได้รับทราบถึงประเภทของหนังและระดับการรับชมของผู้ชม

โดยกระทรวงวัฒนธรรม ได้กำหนดหลักเกณฑ์ในการกำหนดประเภทภาพยนตร์ หรือ “เรตติ้ง” แล้วเสร็จ เตรียมเสนอคณะกรรมการภาพยนตร์และวีดิทัศน์แห่งชาติ และครม. พิจารณาประกาศใช้ให้ทันเดือนตุลาคมนี้ โดยแบ่งภาพยนตร์ออกเป็น 7 ประเภทหลักๆ ด้วยกัน

ทางด้านนายวีระ โรจน์พจนรัตน์ ปลัดกระทรวงวัฒนธรรม (วธ.) เปิดเผยเมื่อวันที่ 8 กันยายนว่า ขณะนี้ วธ.ได้สรุปสาระสำคัญของร่างกฎกระทรวงกำหนดหลักเกณฑ์ในการกำหนดประเภท หนังหรือภาพยนตร์ หรือ “เรตติ้ง” เสร็จแล้ว และจะเสนอต่อคณะกรรมการภาพยนตร์และวีดิทัศน์แห่งชาติ และคณะรัฐมนตรีพิจารณาประกาศใช้ให้ทันในเดือนตุลาคมนี้ แบ่งเป็น 7 ประเภท ดังนี้

ข้อ 1 ภาพยนตร์ประเภทที่ส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ และควรส่งเสริมให้มีการดู ต้องเป็นภาพยนตร์ที่มีเนื้อหาในลักษณะดังต่อไปนี้

(1) ส่งเสริมการศึกษา จริยธรรม ศิลปวัฒนธรรม ขนบธรรมเนียมประเพณี และ ศีลธรรมอันดีของชาติ

(2) ส่งเสริมให้เกิดความรู้ ความเข้าใจในการพัฒนาสังคม ครอบครัว คุณภาพชีวิต การรักษาทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ และสิ่งแวดล้อม

(3) ส่งเสริมความรู้ ความเข้าใจ ความรับผิดชอบและจิตสํานึกในเรื่องของการปกครองในระบบประชาธิปไตยอันมีพระมหากษัตริย์ ทรงเป็นประมุขหรือประวัติศาสตร์ของชาติไทย      (หนังแอคชั่น)

ข้อ ๒ ภาพยนตร์ประเภทที่เหมาะสมกับผู้ดูทั่วไปจะต้องไม่มีลักษณะของเนื้อหาเป็นการต้องห้ามตามข้อ ๓ ข้อ ๔ ข้อ ๕ และข้อ ๖

ข้อ ๓ ภาพยนตร์ประเภทที่เหมาะสมกับผู้มีอายุตั้งแต่สิบสามปีขึ้นไปมีลักษณะดังต่อไปนี้

(1) ไม่มีเนื้อหาที่แสดงให้เห็นถึงความรุนแรงทารุณโหดร้ายขาดมนุษยธรรมและน่ากลัวที่ส่อไปในทางสยองขวัญ

(2) ไม่มีเนื้อหาที่แสดงให้เห็นถึงพฤติกรรมทางเพศที่ส่อในทางลามกอนาจาร

(3) ไม่มีเนื้อหาที่แสดงให้เห็นถึงการสาธิตวิธีการก่ออาชญากรรมหรือใช้อาวุธที่ไม่เหมาะสมอันเป็นเหตุชักจูงหรือส่งเสริมให้เกิดอาชญากรรมที่มีผลกระทบต่อสังคม

(4) ไม่มีเนื้อหาที่แสดงให้เห็นถึงวิธีการใช้สิ่งเสพติดให้โทษตามกฎหมายว่าด้วยยาเสพติดให้โทษ

(5) ไม่มีเนื้อหาที่เกี่ยวกับลัทธิหรือคําสั่งสอนที่ขัดต่อความสงบเรียบร้อย ซึ่งอาจชักจูงให้เด็กและเยาวชนหลงเชื่อ

(6) ไม่มีการใช้ภาษาที่ไม่เหมาะสมในลักษณะของคําหยาบคายหรือลามก

ข้อ 4 ภาพยนตร์ประเภทที่เหมาะสมกับผู้มีอายุตั้งแตสิบห้าปีขึ้นไปมี ลักษณะดังต่อไปนี้

(1) ไม่มีเนื้อหาที่แสดงให้เห็นถึงความทารุณโหดร้ายขาดมนุษยธรรม หรือ

สยองขวัญ

(2) ไม่มีเนื้อหาที่แสดงให้เห็นถึงพฤติกรรมทางเพศที่ส่อในทางลามกอนาจาร

(3) ไม่มีเนื้อหาที่แสดงให้เห็นถึงการสาธิตวิธีการก่ออาชญากรรมหรือใช้อาวุธที่ไม่เหมาะสม อันเป็นเหตุชักจูงหรือส่งเสริมให้เกิดอาชญากรรมที่มีผลกระทบต่อสังคม

(4) ไม่มีเนื้อหาที่แสดงให้เห็นถึงวิธีการใช้สิ่งเสพติดให้โทษตามกฎหมายว่าด้วยยาเสพติดให้โทษ

(5) อาจมีภาพเสียง เนื้อหาที่แสดงให้เห็นถึงพฤติกรรมหรือภาษาที่ไม่เหมาะสมและต้องวิจารณญาณในการดู

(6) ไม่มีเนื้อหาที่เกี่ยวกับลัทธิหรือคําสั่งสอนที่ไม่เหมาะสม ซึ่งอาจชักจูงให้เด็กและเยาวชนหลงเชื่อ

ข้อ 5 ภาพยนตร์ประเภทที่เหมาะสมกับผู้มีอายุตั้งแต่สิบแปดปีขึ้นไปมีลักษณะดังต่อไปนี้

(1) ไม่มีเนื้อหาที่แสดงให้เห็นถึงการมีเพศสัมพันธ์ที่เปิดเผยอวัยวะเพศ

(2) ไม่มีเนื้อหาที่แสดงให้เห็นถึงการสาธิตวิธีการก่ออาชญากรรม อันเป็นเหตุชักจูงหรือส่งเสริมให้เกิดอาชญากรรมที่มีผลกระทบต่อสังคมอย่างรุนแรง

(3) ไม่มีเนื้อหาแสดงให้เห็นถึงวิธีการใช้สิ่งเสพติดให้โทษตามกฎหมายว่าด้วยยาเสพติดให้โทษอันเป็นเหตุจูงใจให้เกิดพฤติกรรมเลียนแบบ

ข้อ 6 ภาพยนตร์ประเภทที่ ห้ามผู้มีอายุต่ำกว่ายี่สิบปีดูมีลักษณะต้องห้าม

ดังต่อไปนี้

(1) มีเนื้อหาแสดงให้เห็นถึงการมีเพศสัมพันธ์แต่ต้องไม่แสดงให้เห็นอวัยวะเพศหรือการสําเร็จความใคร่ด้วยตนเองหรือผู้อื่น

(2) มีเนื้อหาที่แสดงให้เห็นถึงการสาธิตวิธีการก่ออาชญากรรมอันเป็นเหตุ ชักจูงใจหรือส่งเสริมให้เกิดอาชญากรรม

(3) มีภาพแสดงให้เห็นถึงวิธีการใช้สิ่งเสพติด ภาพยนตร์ประเภทที่ห้ามผู้มีอายุต่ำกว่ายี่สิบปีดูต้องไมมีมีลักษณะต้องห้ามตามข้อ ๗

ข้อ 7 ภาพยนตร์ประเภทที่ ห้ามเผยแพร่ในราชอาณาจักร มีลักษณะดังต่อไปนี้

(1) มีเนื้อหาโดยรวมที่แสดงถึงการมีเพศสัมพันธ์และเห็นถึงอวัยวะเพศในลักษณะลามกอนาจาร

(2) มีเนื้อหาที่อาจกระทบกระเทือนหรือดูหมิ่นต่อสถาบันพระมหากษัตริย์หรือจูงใจก่อให้เกิดการดูหมิ่นเหยียดหยามประเทศชาติ หรือเป็นการบ่อนทําลายหรือกระทบกระเทือนต่อความมั่นคงของประเทศ

(3) มีเนื้อหาที่เป็นการลบหลู่เหยียดหยาม หรือนําความเสื่อมเสียมาสู่ศาสนาหรือไม่เคารพต่อปูชนียบุคคล ปูชนียสถาน หรือปูชนียวัตถุ

(4) มีเนื้อหาที่ก่อให้เกิดการแตกความสามัคคี ระหว่างคนในชาติ หรือกระทบกระเทือนต่อสัมพันธไมตรีระหว่างประเทศ

(5) มีเนื้อหาที่ขัดต่อศีลธรรม วัฒนธรรม และขนบธรรมเนียมประเพณีอันดีงามของชาติ

การกลางแปลงและการเร่ เป็นการเผยแพร่ภาพยนตร์ในประเทศไทยอีกทางหนึ่ง ที่เห็นกันอยู่ทั่วไปคือการนำออกฉาย โดยไม่เก็บค่าดูจากผู้ชมตามสถานที่สาธารณะต่างๆ จนกลายเป็นวัฒนธรรมการบันเทิงของประชาชน โดยเฉพาะในชนบท ซึ่งเรียกว่า “หนังกลางแปลง” เช่น การตระเวนฉายภาพยนตร์ของบริษัทจำหน่ายยา หรือสินค้าอื่นๆ ซึ่งเรียกกันติดปากว่า “หนังขายยา” การฉายภาพยนตร์ในงาน หรือเทศกาลต่างๆ การฉายภาพยนตร์หาเสียงของผู้สมัครรับเลือกตั้ง ต่างๆ เป็นต้น  

แต่ก็ยังมีธุรกิจภาพยนตร์อีกแบบหนึ่งเรียกว่า “หนังเร่” คือการตระเวนจัดโรงภาพยนตร์ชั่วคราว ฉายภาพยนตร์และเก็บค่าดูจากผู้ชม ตามสถานที่ต่างๆ โดยเฉพาะตามท้องถิ่นชนบทห่างไกลที่ไม่มีโรงภาพยนตร์ เป็นการเปิดโอกาสให้ประชาชน ตามอำเภอ ตำบล หรือหมู่บ้านได้รับชม ภาพยนตร์ที่จัดฉายตามโรงภาพยนตร์ต่างๆ แม้จะจุดประสงค์ด้านการบันเทิง เพื่อธุรกิจการค้าหรือผลประโยชน์ของผู้จัดฉายโดยตรง แต่หากพิจารณาอีกด้านหนึ่งย่อมถือได้ว่า เป็นวัฒนธรรมของการเผยแพร่ศิลปะและความรู้ข่าวสาร อีกทางหนึ่งอีกด้วย

เมื่อประมาณปี พ.ศ. 2524 Video Tape ระบบ VHS ได้รับความนิยมแพร่หลายในประเทศไทยเป็นอย่างมากและปริมาณเพิ่มขึ้นอย่างรวดเร็วในเวลาต่อมา จึงส่งผลกระทบอย่างมากต่อกิจการโรงภาพยนตร์ เนื่องจากผู้คนหันมาใช้ Video Tape สำหรับการบันเทิงในที่พักอาศัยแทนการเดินทางออกไปชมภาพยนตร์ตามโรงภาพยนตร์ ซึ่งมีค่าใช้จ่ายสูงกว่าธุรกิจเกี่ยวกับ Software ประเภท Video Tape เติบโตเพิ่มปริมาณขึ้นอย่างรวดเร็ว มีร้านค้าจำหน่ายและบริการให้เช่า Video Tape เกิดขึ้นทั่วไป ผู้ผลิตภาพยนตร์ส่วนหนึ่ง หันมาผลิตภาพยนตร์รูปแบบใหม่ ที่ใช้ระบบ Video Tape สำหรับการถ่ายทำแล้วนำออกมาเผยแพร่ทางวิทยุโทรทัศน์ หรือเผยแพร่ด้วย Video Tape โดยตรง แต่การผลิตภาพยนตร์แบบเดิมที่ใช้ฟิลม์สำหรับการถ่ายทำก็ยังคงมีอยู่ เพียงแต่ลดจำนวนลงบ้างในระยะแรกๆ
